As a new coach I found one of my greatest challenges was remembering all the tools and techniques I’d learnt, particularly when I was engaged with a client. I thought to myself, ‘wouldn’t it be great to have a handy guide of the techniques and tools, a directory where I could easily flip to the technique or tool that I needed, in that moment’. Well this is that guide, I couldn’t find one, so I wrote one.
